Clause 01

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "You") and tkp188 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the tkp188 website, mobile interface, associated software and all related services (collectively, "the Services").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise using any part of the tkp188 Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, guidelines or policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account. Continued use of tkp188 following any revision of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below wherever they appear in this agreement. Singular forms include the plural and vice versa where context requires.

Account	The personal member account registered by a User on the tkp188 Platform.
Bonus Funds	Promotional credits or free bets credited to an Account under a tkp188 promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
Deposit	A transfer of real MYR funds from a User's nominated payment method into the Account balance.
Platform	The tkp188 website, mobile interface, applications and all associated services operated under the tkp188 brand.
Services	Sports betting, live casino games, virtual games, promotional programmes and customer support offered through the Platform.
Wagering Requirement	The number of times qualifying funds must be bet before withdrawal is permitted, as specified in an individual promotion's terms.
Withdrawal	A transfer of available Account balance to a User's verified payment method, subject to completion of applicable requirements.
KYC	Know Your Customer — identity verification procedures required to confirm age, identity and payment ownership.

Clause 03

Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the tkp188 Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Users who do not satisfy every condition must not register or use the Platform.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. tkp188 operates a strict21+ policy in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style and sports wagering activities.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single account: Only one Account per individual is permitted. Household members may each hold separate accounts provided each person meets the eligibility criteria independently.
• Prohibited persons: Directors, officers, employees and immediate family members of tkp188 or affiliated companies are not permitted to hold a member account or claim promotions.
• Local laws: You are solely responsible for verifying that accessing and using the tkp188 Services is lawful in your country or region of residence. International licensing under jurisdictions such as Curaçao or Malta does not constitute approval by the Government of Malaysia for Malaysian residents. Users accept full responsibility for compliance with applicable local legislation.

Clause 04

Account Rules

4.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. Any material misrepresentation — including false name, date of birth, contact details or nationality — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your username, password or one-time authentication code with any third party, including persons claiming to represent tkp188 support. tkp188 will never ask for your full password. You must notify tkp188 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

tkp188 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals, after significant deposits or at any time where regulatory or anti-fraud obligations require confirmation. Acceptable documents may include a valid Malaysian MyKad, driver's licence or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement (issued within three months), and a selfie holding the identity document. Verification typically takes 24–48 hours but complex cases may take longer.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. tkp188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close Accounts for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, collusion, chargebacks or any other activity considered harmful to the Platform or other users.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tkp188 may support the following payment channels subject to current availability: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX and selected cryptocurrency options such as USDT TRC20. Availability may differ by account type, region or maintenance schedule.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Account cashier and may vary by payment method. Users should confirm applicable limits before initiating a transaction. Minimum deposits generally start at MYR 50 for e-wallets and MYR 100 for bank transfers. These figures are indicative and may change without prior notice.

5.3 Processing Times

E-wallet deposits are generally processed quickly following approval. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow typically take approximately 5–10 minutes under normal conditions. Cryptocurrency deposits depend on network confirmation time, ordinarily 15–30 minutes for USDT TRC20. Withdrawals may be subject to a review period before funds are released. No processing time is an absolute guarantee.

5.4 Payment Ownership

Deposits must be made using a payment method held in your own name or under your own account. Third-party deposits are not permitted. tkp188 may require evidence of ownership before processing a withdrawal if a mismatch is identified.

5.5 Fees

tkp188 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers, banks or blockchain networks may apply their own charges that are outside the control of tkp188.

Clause 06

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed through tkp188 are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed at the point of bet placement.

• Bets are final once confirmed. tkp188 is not responsible for errors made by the User when entering a stake or selecting a market.
• tkp188 reserves the right to void any wager affected by technical error, incorrect odds display, data feed failure or evident pricing mistakes.
• The use of automated scripts, betting bots, exploits or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and voiding of affected returns.
• Collusion between users, match-fixing related activity and arbitrage-focused betting patterns intended to exploit pricing differences are prohibited. tkp188 may limit stakes, restrict markets or close accounts where such behaviour is identified.
• Live casino games use certified random number generation or audited live-dealer procedures. Outcomes are determined at the point of play. Past results do not predict future performance.
• In the event of a dispute, tkp188's decision regarding bet settlement is final. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event or game outcome.

Clause 07

Bonuses & Promotions

tkp188 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• One bonus per promotion: Each qualifying promotion may only be claimed once per Account, household or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering multiplier before withdrawal is available. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with X15 rollover requires MYR 1,500 in qualifying wagers. Individual promotion pages state the applicable multiplier.
• Maximum bet during bonus: When a bonus balance is active, individual wagers are typically capped at a stated amount (commonly MYR 250– MYR 500). Exceding this cap may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winings.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering completion. Slots commonly count at 100% while table games may count at a reduced rate, for example 10–20%.
• Bonus expiry: Unused bonus balances and incomplete wagering progress expire after the stated period (commonly 7, 14 or 30 days from credit date). Expired bonuses and associated potential winnings will be removed without notice.
• Maximum cash-out: Some promotions cap the amount of bonus-derived winings that may be withdrawn. Any excess above the stated cap may be removed before the withdrawal is processed.
• Abuse and forfeiture: tkp188 reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse, exploitation or breach of promotion terms is identified.

Clause 08

Responsible Gambling

tkp188 is committed to promoting responsible, controlled engagement with gambling as a form of adult entertainment. The following principles and controls form part of this agreement.

• The Services are intended for adults aged 21 and above only. Any use by persons under this age is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Members may request deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion at any time through the Account settings or by contacting support. Requests will be actioned promptly.
• Self-exclusion removes access to the Account for a defined or open-ended period. During self-exclusion, marketing communications will be suspended and new account creation will be blocked where technically feasible.
• tkp188 will not be liable for any loss incurred during a period following a responsible gambling request that has not yet been formally confirmed. Requests should be confirmed via the written record provided by support.

Clause 09

Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, trademarks, logos and materials on the tkp188 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of tkp188 or its licensed content providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape or create derivative works from any portion of the Platform without the prior written consent of tkp188. Unauthorised use may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

Clause 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkp188, its directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the Platform or any part of the Services;
• Technical errors, data feed failures, system outages or scheduled maintenance;
• Decisions made based on information provided through the Platform;
• Losses resulting from gambling activities, whether or not such activities were influenced by bonus funds, promotions or Platform recommendations;
• Unauthorised access to an Account resulting from the User's failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in this clause limits tkp188's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

Clause 11

Amendments

tkp188 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes materially affect Member rights, reasonable notice will be provided through the Platform or by email to the address on your Account, where available. The effective date of any revision will be stated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Services after a revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Services and may request account closure by contacting support.

Clause 12

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tkp188 holds its operating licence. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with support, the matter may be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction for resolution.

This governing law clause does not override any mandatory consumer protection or gambling-specific legislation that may apply in your country of residence. Malaysian users acknowledge that Malaysian law may impose additional obligations or restrictions that are separate from and not superseded by this agreement.
